Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. If you live outside of the USA and are interested in ordering merchandise, please contact us.
Production Time: Our merchandise is custom-printed just for you. Please allow 3–7 business days for your items to be printed and packed before they ship.
Delivery Time: Once your order leaves the facility, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive at your door.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Split Shipments: To ensure your items arrive safely, orders with multiple products (e.g., a hat and a poster) may ship in separate packages from different facilities. Vinyl records ship from a different facility than other merchandise.

Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost to you. For tangible merchandise except vinyl records, please contact Printful within 30 days of receipt with a photo of the issue. For issues with vinyl records, please contact PMP within 15 days of receipt.
Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned to the facility due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Final Sale / No Returns: Because our items are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size charts on each product page before ordering.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated.
